Joiner

I am such a joiner.

Today, i joined the public library. Since I go to NYU, the usefulness of this is debatable, but not so secretly, I joined it so I can read all the trashy books that the NYU library does not have.

For example, the princess diary series, or oh, I don't know, the fourth twilight book? The beauty of working with high school kids is that you have to read what they are reading and watch what they are watching. Unfortunately, as a friend pointed out, I will have to start watching ESPN...

In other news, it is finally not so hot and humid that it is unpleasant in New York CIty, I have actually finished unpacking from camp and I am in the midst of Tropic of Cancer by Henry Miller.
