Moan Moan

Sleeping in different beds, perhaps with inadequate pillows, has left me with shooting pain on the right side of my neck. 

It radiates down my arm and is giving me a headache. I can't do much except sit up very straight and hope the pain meds I took kick in quickly. Otherwise, I will be lying prone on my back moaning for a while.
