A couple of years ago I experienced the Great Lentil Extravaganza. It involved expanding lentils that we ate for dinner, breakfast, lunch, then dinner again.
Tonight I experienced the Very Little Lentil Extravaganza, involving red lentils that turned brownish and far too much water.
Next time hopefully be the Excellently cooked and portioned Lentil Tea Party.
